1) 60,000 square meters in-house manufacturing space. A sales office in Nanshan central district, Shenzhen.
2) Production lines: 12 lines for DVR/DVD/VCD Players with a production capacity of 7,200pcs/DAY. 8 lines for decoder boards of DVD/DVR/VCD Players & Computer motherboard with a production capacity of 8,100K point/DAY or 30,000pcs of Decoder Boards/Day. Our SMT workshops are equipped with the latest YAMAHA/FUJI/JUKI high-speed flexible mounters & JT reflowers with speed at 0.09 sec/pc. 25 lines for manufacturing Multimedia Speakers & Subwoofer Systems with a production capacity of 15,000sets/DAY.
3) Current staffs: Over 3,300 (90 management people, 70 R&D people, 550 QC people and 2,600 skilled workers).
Safety approvals & other certificates: We've already exported to & served over 50 different markets in 12 different languages. With CE, UL, FCC, KETI & ISO9001:2000 certificates in hands, we can also apply & get other certificates upon our customers' request.
